Session starts at 10:00 a.m.

At 10, the session will open with an invocation and the pledge of allegiance. Then the board is opened for attendance. That usually takes about 10 minutes. Once attendance is finished and absent members are excused, the voting should begin. They already caucused this morning so, there should not be any delays. I will give blow-by-blow accounts of the process.
